Mackintosh has always fascinated me, as an architect, person and artist. I’m an admirer of his work. Even better, my hubby bought me a perfect Christmas gift, a book about his life “Mackintosh, architect, artist and Icon”.
Interesting to read about the person behind the art. We often take buildings in our own surroundings for granted, to see how beautiful architecture can be is a shame to miss.
A visit to Glasgow is now on my wish list.
